Huggies Girls Pants smells of Rat Urine and caused rash on my baby

I purchased Huggies pants from Jet store in Gateway for my little girl on the 18 April 2016 after taking them home and left it for my nanny that helps with baby. She mentioned to me that the nappy has a funny smell. When I got home from work I noticed the smell and took all out of its packaging for the nappies to air out. The next morning I noticed the entire room was smelling from the nappy it was the exact same as Rat Urine also my daughter instantly received a rash next to her private part. I am really upset in this matter being a customer that purchases 5-6 nappies alone every month. I then had to go in store to return the item - the lady at the counter mentioned that it could be the smell from the containers or store room that it comes in. I still had to go to another store to purchase another set of nappies. Please can this be address accordingly.
