Huggies false advertising

As a first time mother, I assumed that Huggies was a premium brand that would be perfect for my child. After trying various nappies and finally choosing Huggies because it is greater in size and is a "great" product, I decided to buy their diaper pants for my 18 month old daughter.

As an informed consumer, I read their packaging, which guarantees that your baby will stay dry for up to 12 hours day and night, with no sagging. Sounds like a great choice right?

Wrong.

My daughter is now sitting with a severe nappy rash which will not go away, despite being changed every hour because these nappies do not stay dry and ensure that her clothes are soaked as well.

I am furious that they fail to uphold the promises so clearly made on their packaging.

For a premium priced product, it is sub par quality and honestly there are cheaper brands which are better for baby. I feel that their advertising on their packaging should be changed or they must fix the product.

I am a very disappointed customer and furious mother at this stage.
