Huggies dry comfort is no longer good quality

I have been using Huggies dry comfort since my baby was born(she's 7 months now) and I didn't have any problems up until the last 2 months. First it was the pack I bought at ShopRite bara mall that gave my baby a rash and severe burns on the side,then I went to a different ShopRite (bara city) it got worse. I stopped using it for a couple of days and the rash got better. I thought ShopRite was the problem,but then I went to buy it at pick n pay Diepkloof square and it was back to square one. I switched to pampers anti-rash shield and within a day then rash was fading. Huggies I want my money back.
