Huggies complaint

The extra care and dry comfort purchased from Baby city and checkers respectively We lodge a complaint with the supplier and was told to 1:send the bar code 2: retain 10 diapers for inspection balance to be used which was impossible as they were tearing and not useable 3: we were asked to wait 10 days and not to contact them or we would delay the process 4:we had no choice more diapers The same issue was experience d again on attempting to return said diapers the store manger advised they cannot accept this as tbe packet was open Checkers refused to accept return of the substandard product We were advised by checkers to contact the supplier. Directly Huggies advised on tbe first complaint that they would compensate us for the ten the asked us to keep We are once again in tnt sam we delema We are not in a position to purchase more diapers as we are currently unemployed Huggies have a very arrogant attitude to wards this complaint Can you intervene
