Huggies Comfort, the quality so bad

I brought Huggies Comfort from our local Pick and Pay market,I am not happy with the Nappy quality, when my baby is wearing one the are tiny rubber hanging out of the nappy, those nappies are sagging, doesn't hold the urine, I emailed the consumer they responded on the 16th November till now they so quiet, very bad service even from their customer service
