Huggies - *** - No response or replacement voucher received a month later

on the 18/06/2018 i sent an email to ********** advising them of the default nappies i that i got in a megabox. i was contacted by a lady called Thebogo requesting the bar codes as well as serial number which i sent. I then emailed them again ont he 09/07/2018 as I still have not received the replacement voucher, once again no reply or contact was made. I then emailed them again today and still no one has contacted me . Please see email trail below:

Can someone please respond to my email or contact me. This is totally unacceptable that I have received no response.

It almost a month later and still no voucher has been received.

Good morning

Im not sure who I need to address my complaint to.

Every month I buy 2 mega boxes for my daughter who is 9 months old.

For the past two months I have had continuous problems. This months box was especially bad as 4 of the nappies only had one sticky side on and also she keeps on wetting herself through the nappy. She will have a nappy on for max one hour then I will have to change her as she is wet.

She is my third baby and I’ve only used Huggies so this a great disappoint for me as I am a Huggies fan.
