Huggies bad service

I phoned Huggies customer care on the 21st September 2018 to complain about the nappies with the faulty sides. I spoke to a consultant by the name of Kevin which assisted me. I had to keep all the faulty nappies which i have and they will bring me a coupon to buy others. They also gave me a reference number to add to the nappies. Since then i have not received anything and neither has anybody bothered to phone me to find out if I received it or not. I am still waiting for any help regarding this matter.
