HUGGIES, BAD Customer Services

hi phoned about 3 weeks ago to Huggies (customer care) complain re 3 x packs of Huggies Gold nappies i purchased that was default. the lady told me she will send me vouchers. 3 weeks later AND NOTHING. phoned to follow up the lady cant even speak English i had to repeat myself 4 times. REALLY!
