Huggies

Huggies has lost its touch I have been using the brand for all my kids but the recent box I bought of huggies pants size 4 has really disappointed me, and when I called I was asked to send pictures which I did, and I was told they are not clear I resend over and over till they stopped replying to my emails, Huggies is a big brand that doesn't care about their customers, I even asked if they have a rep in FS where I can go but to these day no respond, am very disappointed and annoyed and am going to take it further I cannot buy such an expensive brand with such disappointing results and then their customer service is beyond zero
