Highly disappointed

<p>I noticed one of the buggies gold for boys nappies did not have a sticky waist band as well as have a hard cardboard substance on the inside of the nappies. I called the customer service team and the lady offered a R80 voucher to replace the nappies, I feel very unhappy that you think this can replace something so serious. I was afraid to put the nappies on because I was afraid for an infection for my son and it so surprising how this serious matter can be taken up so lightly.</p>
