Help Huggies? Whats going on?

Good day

Im currently a mommy fir the 2nd time and this has been the most upsetting for me because my 1ste was on pampers and they were great. My 2nd baby is currently using size 2 nappys and since we bought bulk in desember I've been discussed with Huggies.

The diapers looks like they aren't manufactured properly. Or whatever they want to call it. Pictures taken on the bed 10 min after his bath i had to change him again because of this. Ill send it through. No parent wants to feel so discussed in the middel of the mall walking with a baby that has poo everywhere because the nappys stretchpart wasnt manufactured correctly ? as this is my 3rd bag of diapers that this has happend to me and we bought 8 pack in December.

Im realy hopeless now.. feeling overwelmed of every nappy change 10 to 15 min since begin of December.... please help.. im very upset..
