Faulty Nappies

I've purchased 2 bags of huggies dry comfort in size two and was shockingly dissatisfied. My son weighed nearly 6kg at the time. Every 3hours we had to change he's clothes as the nappies held nothing. He would be soaked each time. I sent a mail with no response to ********** . The nappies are still with me, one bag still unopened. I just want a refund and the nappies can be collected.
