FAULTY NAPPIES
I would like to know how to lay a complaint regarding faulty nappies. I purchased 4 packs of Huggies dry comfort no4 (jumbo pack) nappies on the 14th of November at Game Centre Klerksdorp. In a period of 13 days I have had to use 264 nappies, due to the fasteners of the nappies coming off while putting the nappies on. On several occasions my 9 month old son was left wet in his cot because the nappy just loosened while he slept. One or two dud nappies is understandable but I'm going through 9 at a time just get one to sit. Please could you assist me.<br> I've emailed my complaint but response. I've used Huggies Nappies for years and always been happy but honestly i'm considering switching brands.
