Faulty batch on Huggies size 5 - flaps breaking off

I sent the below email to the Huggies careline email on 22 October 2018. To date, no response from Huggies, not even an automated reply to at least state they received it.

"Good day

We have bought a bag of Huggies Dry Comfort, size 5, with 44 nappies in the bag. I cannot recall exactly whether this was purchased at Checkers or PnP.

The strap on the right hand side that is supposed to fasten the nappie keeps on breaking loose. As if it wasn't glued properly. It is only the right hand side strap is breaking.

I am attaching photos of the ones where I managed to take a photo to assist you. Some nappies I could not take a photo, as they broke whilst my boy was wearing them. There is photos of 13 nappies with the manufacturing date and possibly the batch/ serial number which should assist you. There is also a photo of the outside of the packaging with the printing on the side.

The barcode number is: ********** 905519 Manufacturing date: 31 May 2018 Batch number: CT01 Nappy serial numbers included in the photos that are broken: 51,69,59,52,46,45,57,58,33,56,44,32

All together, this pack of 44 nappies is no totally useless to me, and puts me under financial pressure for the remainder of the month.

I have been an absolute loyal supporter of Huggies since both my children have been born, as I am always satisfied with the price I pay versus the quality I receive.

Please let me know how we can solve this problem and what other info you would need from me. If you want to collect the whole bag for quality inspection, we arrange for Huggies to collect.

Regards"

Can I get some feedback from Huggies and hopefully some form of reimbur*****t?
