Extremely unhappy with Huggies

I've used huggies Gold with my son 4 years ago and never had any problems. I then started using it now with my infant and I am so upset about the experience that I've come across. I bought her a bag of Huggies Extra Care size 2, I noticed that my baby is really restless and started crying whenever I lay her down, I held her and patted her like I usually so and that's when I felt a some what cardboard or something hard at the back of the nappy. I immediately looked inside her clothes to see what it could be then I opened the nappy and saw that it was inside of the nappy. I am utterly disappointed as this is really unacceptable. Not only am I upset but if I didn't notice it sooner, it could've hurt my baby. I've never had any issues but to come around this I felt I needed to report it as I've spent alot of money on a bag of nappies and expect the quality to remain consistent. I hope this will be sorted as I am a very unhappy customer. I sent a complaint on the Huggies website but didn't receive a response yet.
