Does huggies really care ?

hi about a month ago, I had a problem with huggies nappies, and I couldn't get through to huggies, because I cannot find a number where I can contact them , so I put a complaint on here, a lady did phone me and gave me a reference number and everything and said they would send me a voucher to get a new pack of nappies, however to date I have not received anything , I lost my phone and lost the sms confirmation from Huggies, but could someone please contact me regarding this matter, because it is over a month already .
