Dissatisfaction of Huggies product

Their after service is bad not professional. The product I bought (Huggies Nappies ) the standard was not acceptable. All the fasteners were not attached or if it’s attached as soon as you fasten it just come out .I am sitting with a whole pack of nappies that are not useable. Log a complain with their customer service and the service was horrible . Communication is very poor . I was treated as if I am a ***** who stole a pack of nappies instead of a customer who bought their product that is not up to standard . I wonder how the product passed their quality assurance tests. To date the only communication I received from them is that my case has been closed due to the fact that I didn’t supply pictures that are up to their standard.
