DISGUSTING SERVICE

Friday i called your call centre and the level of service is shocking.

In fact, I am more angry now than I was for the disappointing inferior quality of nappy you provide.

I myself am in a customer facing environment and if Huggies thinks that, that type of service is acceptable after your product has physically HURT my baby then you should just close your doors completely.

Your wetwipes break, your nappies give terrible rashes and your customer service is putrid.

You apparently sent me a R189.00 voucher for nappies that I barely used and you think R189.00 is a good gesture for the pain and suffering my child experienced, not to mention the bum creams I had to purchase to fix something that you caused. You can keep your R189.00 terrible gesture and can collect the awful nappies that I have not used.

SHAME ON YOU (HUGGIES) and on the person I spoke to!!!
