Disgusting quality & Poor customer service

Good day. Huggies is the most poorest quality pants, diaper company i have ever come across,not to mention customer service is pathetic. I have purchased a pack of 50 pants size 4 up to 14kg and my son is 10kg. When you pull the pants up the sidestear open my son weight is way less. It also leaks. The quality is utterly poor and disgusting and would like a refund or reimbur*****t i am not happy with this and will jot settle for this... Please see to this matter urgently. I am livid. Its not cheap diapers and cant afford to loose or waist
