Disgusting Consumer complains pipelining

Hope you good. I need assistance with my issue. I bough a pack of Higgies napies at BabyCity and the whole pack had a factory fault just like in the pictures. Upon my return to the store at manager at BabyCity fourways Cedar told me they have nothing to do with rectifying the issue, they just sell, and thats the deal they have. Wait a minute? I spend my money with you as a retailer and trusted that you give me good products but you didnt. I was then told to leave the shop and call Huggies directly, which i did and i have been struggling to get a hold of them on all their platforms. No one responds to my messages on social media, no one answers their phones. As a consumer i feel i have been ****** as i am now sitting with a pack of factory faulted nappies with no one willing to assist me and its a difficult time when every one is cash strapped and such companies are taking advantage of ordinary consumers. Please assist.
