Disguisted and very unhappy

Still waiting for someone from huggies to contact me from the 9th Nov regarding the new huggies pants. I bought a pack for my little one and after the 1st nappy she had on her bum was blood red and burnted. I then treated her bum with lotions and continued using the nappy thinking it might be just a rash and also not having money to buy other nappies for I already paid so much for that pack.. after the 3rd day of wearing the nappies her bum still looked the same and slighty started bleeding... I am so dissapointed and disguisted with this nappies. My lg was wearing huggies from birth and now we get this new and approved nappies (my ass). And as I saw on fb im not the only one that had the problem. I want to find out what huggies will be doing about this? For I feel it is unfair on us the purchased the nappies and had to pay extra for lotions to help our poor little ones bums and then throw away money with the almost full pack I can not use anymore.... Hope I will get some feedback asap and not again almost a week after this post...
