Defective nappies with missing velcro snaps!!!!
I bought a few packs of size Huggies Gold fro BabiesRus. I am still on the first pack and so far at least 10 of the nappies are unusable because they are missing the velcro strap on one side and had to throw them away!!! I took pics of the defective nappies. This is highly unacceptable! I bought 5 packs of these defective product! I emailed them on their website last week already but I only got an automated response back from Kimberly Clark in the U**** If this were saner climes, Huggies will not be able to get away with selling products like this!!!
I need these packs replaced or my money refunded PLEASE!!!!!.

16 Aug 2019, 13:55 Its been 7 weeks since I was contacted by a representative of yours and was promised that a voucher will be mailed to me to buy replacement bag of nappies. I am still waiting for said voucher. I am not sure why voucher is being sent by post to me from the UK, when technology allows you to instantly mail me a voucher? I'm not sure if this is some kind of tactic to avoid doing what is right? I am really disappointed at this. I was hoping that as a big trusted company you will do all you can to right this wrong and make your customer happy?I continue to wait for the voucher as promised.
