Defective Huggies Gold nappies slip trough QC

We have been using Huggies Gold since my daughter's birth and found it to be the most reliable nappy. I recommended the product to several friends and family members so it's fair to say that we are ambassadors of the brand.

Lately, my experience has changed. We buy the Giga Bags with 120 nappies (4+size). Out of the 120 on average 8 would be defective - some of them have tears in the elastic area designed to go around the baby's bottom and others have only one piece of adhesive to stick the nappy closed on the front (sorry about the explanation). With only one piece of adhesive it makes the nappy un-usable. That is almost a 10th of the bag we have to throw away.

Two of the people I recommended Huggies Gold to started experiencing the same problem so clearly there is a defect in the manufacturing process. I would like to know from Huggies how such defective products go through their Quality Control and who will be compensating me for the approximately 60 od nappies Ive thrown away through the last few months.

Im not someone who complains easily and in the beginning I thought it was an isolated situation but it hasn't stopped and if I am not compensated for my lost and the problems corrected I will have to resort to different brands like many of our friends have already done.
