Defective huggies diapers /bad customer service

Defective diapers! Leaks, tears, just doesn't absorb! Bad customer service! Sent an email over a month ago, received an automated response, sent relevant images and information and no further correspondence. Numerous follow-up emails sent and to date no reply. Why do you have a customer care team if you aren't looking after your customers????
