Defective diapers

So disappointed with Huggies SA #huggies customer service 😑 I sent a complaint over a month ago, almost two. I took pictures of the defective diapers and pack with the reference number, now she's saying the number should be horizontal on the pack ( I wrote it as the example sent) n now I don't even have the pack anymore coz it's been almost 2 months 🙄
