Complaint faulty products
Hi Hello Peter
I have a complaint to make with you.
So I bought a pack of dypers at one of the known stores in my area and however the dypers straps would not stick to close it as it broke off as trying to close the dyper. I then reported it to Huggies as the store won't replace it as it is a manufacturer fault, so on the 21st January 2019 I decided to give them a call and report the fault. The advisor I spoke to was very helpful and very assured about his assistance with me. He then issued me a reference number ( ********** 73) to state that I reported the fault of the dypers he also mentioned that I would get a free pack of dypers delivered via courier after 4 days making contact with the customer service and a free Huggies voucher will also be delivered by post. I was very delighted by their service and how generous they are. So I had to call again on the 25th February 2019 and the advisor I spoke to then told me that it's just a free Huggies voucher that was sent out on the 30th January 2019 and no free dypers as it's not in their process I then asked if all calls are recorded and he told me yes, then I requested for the 1st call to be listened to as it's false information that was given to me with my 1st call I made to Huggies customer service. He then told me listening to the call won't solve anything and I just need to wait until this voucher pitches up via post one day. My contact details were even taken by the 1st and the 2nd advisor but no form of communication and no voucher or dypers pitching up.
I think that Huggies can give better service than that I have been using Huggies products for the past 5 years.
