bad service - lack of communication

a lady called me with regard to my complaint, i had and they said i would be reimbursed - with a pack of huggies - I up until today have not received the sms she has spoken about and neither the huggies as promised. This isn't right. And this service sucks, especially since I'm a regular customer of their products.
