Bad service bad product

Bad service and bad product. Bought a packet of dry comfort huggies and 80% of the nappies we couldn't use because of the straps the came loose. Contacted huggies numerous times and after a while to colected the faulty product with some nappies left. They promised to send a voucher of some sorts and 4 months have passed and nothing has arrived and no folow up. Very dissapointing as we've supported them a long time
