bad service

I have sent numerous emails about the pack of nappies I bought that was a waste and up until now i have received no response. i have tried to return it to the shop i bought it from and they cannot assist me.

It is with regret that I send this email. I have been using the Huggies Nappies from the birth of my baby. The pack I have bought recently at Spar, I have found 4 Kimbies in there without the other side of the sticker that needs to tie the nappy.

It too doesn't seem like the Huggies quality because just one pee and leeks through. I returned it to Spar Grand Central Cape Town and was told they were not able to refund me and I needed to contact Huggies.

Hence I am contacting you - I too cannot understand as my son has been using it since birth and he's nearly 2 years old.
