Bad quality nappies

I purchased huggies dry comfort at shoprite during the red sale which costs R150. My mother opened the pack last week because she babysit my baby, however he is always wet yet the nappy is not full. They leak and the email automated response tells me they will get jack to me but they have a high volume of emails, that is unacceptable because I trust huggies and such is not the kind of services I want for my son.
