Bad quality

we have used Huggies for our first two kids, never had any issues until our latest arrival. through the no 1's, 2's and now no 3's gold we tossed several away because of flaws. in the last pack of no 3's gold we purchased, we have had several we had to throw out because they glued the Velcro strip incorrectly. What has happened to the brand and quality?
