Bad Huggies Gold pack

I bought huggies Gold size 4 at Shoprite,the diapers are leaking white stuff like mealie meal and they are very hard definitely not baby soft cotton for those tiny buttocks. I need to use more money to buy another different brand diaper pack?? I thought only Huggies dry comfort was the only problem,clearly not
