Bad Huggies

Good day I bought 2 packs of Huggies size 4 2 weeks ago when I opened the pack the nappies inside didn't have the stickers that holds the nappy so I phoned the number on the pack customer care the number wasn't working then I phoned the other number and the lady said that the number has changed and she gave me another number R29 airtime already gone recharge again and starts to phone again when the lady answer she also said that the number has changed she gave me another number that also didn't work so I phoned her again and explained my situation so she said that she will report and call me back I waited about 2 hours and phoned her again so she was about to phone me but I jumped her so she told me that she did report it and they will contact me within 24 hours 2 weeks later and I phoned again same old story and this was not the first time as you know this is not the cheapest brand and let me add that this is the new improved nappys what????? Is it possible for some help please I can't afford to loose money I have 4 toddlers and a baby to look after
