Bad diapers

After using huggies gold on my son who is now 8 I thought I would go along again with my second born. I've bought over 20 packets which has all been used from game and it was excellent quality. I ran out of diapers and game was closed so I went to clicks, oh worst mistake! The nappies is thinner, gel effect after 1 wee, straps always breaks, colour inside diaper different. The whole quality batch is completely different. It's either faulty or I don't know. I have called numerous times but to no avail, filled in the contact form nothing. I am completely dissatisfied with this batch really. I am too scared to open up the second 1 I bought at clicks to see as well because otherwise it's a waste and I cannot return it.
