Bad customer experience, damaged product

I bought 4 large packs of nappies (Huggies brand) from Baby City in Umhlanga. When i returned home and attempted to put 1 on for my child the sticky part at the sides doesnt stick like its supposed to and opens after a few seconds. I retuned back to Baby City and the consultant assisted me with returning 3, for the opened pack i was advised to call Huggies and submit a complaint regarding the product. I managed to get hold of someone who then gave me an email address to submit pictures of the product, i keep getting a response saying the images are unclear, what am i supposed to do if i dont have an iphone or samsung s23? i cannot improve the camera quality and cannot afford to buy another phone to submit a claim for a faulty product. Can i get someone to urgently contact me on ***, note if i receive no call in 24 hours i will go to the media. You are a big recognized brand surely you have customer satisfaction at heart, right now i am not satisfied and spent alot of money.
