BABY REACTING TO CHEAP NAPPIES

last week thursday the 12th i bought a pack of Huggies dry comfort for my two year old for R149.00 and she started getting a bit of a rash on her back and thought nothing of it, but when i check again yesterday after a nappy change it was all over her bum. i have to say it was a bad decision to buy such since she is reacting to these nappies and really want to take them back to the shop and get my refund and will not be using huggies ever again, i normally used the other brand thought to buy this brand as it was the same quantity but for a cheaper price, and my baby paid the price for this decision as this rash is itching as well. can someone contact me for this as i just want my money back.
