Amazing customer Service.
I purchased a pack of Huggies Gold nappies and the tabs on the sides kept pulling off when we tried to put the nappies on. I sent an email to their customer service and received a reply and a call the same day. Within a week I have received my voucher for a new pack of nappies. What wonderful customer service.
