About a day ago, I logged a Complaint about Huggies pants that I recently bought for my baby. I was so surprised to hear from Huggies within even 12 hours after my review. The kind lady so sorry I forgot her name she was so kind and calm apologized for what I experienced and assured me that she would send me other nappies . Indeed the courier arrived at my house this afternoon with my New nappes accompanied by a Huggies voucher. Im so grateful it was trully un expected, its good to know that this Company takes their business so seriously and care so much about the service the give to their customers. Thank you Huggies staff for your good feed back. Highly appreciated.
