Incompetence

If it were possible, I would award them a half-star rating. One star is too flattering.

For any of you out there who are thinking of using Huge Networks as an ISP, DON'T!! Their service level is a disgrace and their competence level is worse than useless.

Huge Networks is our Internet Service Provider, on the back of a Telkom LTE router. We have written confirmation from them that we are on an UNCAPPED and unshaped package. And yet for the last three consecutive months our internet service has been summarily disconnected by Telkom (typically between the 20th and 24th of each month) with no warning or explanation other than a message which states we are "Out of Bundle". This invariably happens on a Saturday morning when there is no support available from Huge Networks (in fact no support is available between Friday afternoon and Monday morning).

For those of you at Huge Networks who may be slightly unsure, UNCAPPED means "no bundle", it means "no restrictions", it means "do not disconnect the customer for any reason whatsoever".

Shame on you, Huge Networks.
