I had a contact with huge connect I changed my device to a portable where I no more needed the service I didn hav a problem with the cancellation policy where ur contract has to be paid up in full my amount to cancel was R626 I was debited 688 and on top of that I was told if the equipment is returned before 1st feb I’ll recieve my feb months premium back so leaves a total of R156.50 plus my R50 extra debit amount now they giving me story’s was suppose to be in my account by 31 jan now the lady says 28 Feb very poor service
