Zero service from prestashop or addon developer

I purchased an addon (Aliexpress Importer) from presta shop with the terms of service stating 3 months support from the developer. After a glichy start the importer stopped working. I emailed the developer twice with screen shot and flows of how and when the issues occur (as per his request). The developer was no help and eventually stopped replying to my emails. I contacted prestashop on their contact form but heard nothing back from them either. I filled out a survey which i rated the developer as poor, he then contacted me in a remarkably rude fashion. Again i reached out to presta shop but heard nothing. Only after i posted on twitter about the terrible service did i get a private message asking me to email through the issues and communications between the developer and I. I emailed the info through. I have followed up with presta shop who have gone silent. This is the worst service i could have imagined receiving and i will never ever recommend this useless service to anyone.
