STAY AWAY FROM THIS Brand-you'll get longer lasting shoes at PEP

The material of my inside heels has warn away. I lodged a complaint only to be told that I bought shoes that are to big for me. I was then ignored after sending photo evidence if the exact shoe I bought for my partner were this did not happen. They the collected them and changed the story to its the way I out my shoes on that has broken the material. So these shoes are made for running and hiking neither of which I do. They have refused to fix the problem and have sent the shoes back. I have only ever bought Salomons and have only ever bought the same size. Excuse after excuse after excuse. I tried to complain on Facebook, they blocked me. I tried to complain on Instagram and they blocked me. The after sales service is non existent. Do not believe the adverts with people hiking, running through water etc. This is a dying brand and they've lost a loyal customer whereas they could have just fixed less than a cm by cm material malfunction. They blamed me for everything. Whatever you do rather choose another brand. It took Nike 4 days to deliver a pair of shoes from Belgium with Aremax and 3 weeks for Salomon Durban branch to collect from my address. Even asking me to drive to a central location with the shoes as they couldnt find my address. It's beyond belief the way they've treated a loyal customer. Hoka, QC and other brands are going to eat you guys alive. Your service is beyond shocking. I will be referring this to the ombudsman out of principle as I will never wear this brand again. I shall give them away once the case with the ombudsman is resolved. Worst customer service ever recieved. Quick to brag about their 2 year warranty - it's a *****. If you don't believe me look at the other comments on here. Shame on you.
