Salomon Shoes

After paying over R2000.00 for a pair of Salomon shoes, I was met with the disappointment of the shoes only lasting for a period less than 6 months.

Surely given the price tag and the warranty of Two Years (2), I was under the expectation that they would do just that.

Non the less, I did make it an effort to resolve the matter with the store from where the shoes where purchased but was left empty handed stating that only Salomon Direct could approve of a Exchange/Refund.

After 5 Months of shifting from Store Manager to Product Manufacturing Expert and a long trail of Emails with one-sided answers, still no positive outcome.

Customer Service is : 1 Star Product Manufacturing Quality : 1 Star

The Shoe's Design was comfortable while it lasted but I won't be paying that price again for a Salomon Product.
