Salomon Running shoes

Very disappointing experience. After only my second run, the shoes started causing discomfort and became unwearable. When I contacted the store, I was refused a refund and told the only option was a gift card. The manager then informed me that I can only collect the gift card during the week — but the promotion on the shoes ends today, meaning I’ll have to pay more at another branch to get the correct size. On top of that, I’m expected to cover the shipping costs myself. This is not acceptable customer service. A retailer should stand behind their products and support their customers, not leave them paying extra for an issue that isn’t their fault.

I will not be shopping here again and would advise others to be cautious.
