BEWARE GENI exposes your PRIVATE profiles into the PUBLIC domain

BEWARE of using Geni family tree & family history site. Your PRIVATE profiles are NOT safe. This includes all profiles you flag as PRIVATE including under age profiles you have marked. I had a range of profiles flagged as PRIVATE along with a Notice in BOLD print that the profiles should not be changed or Merged without contacting me first. The "curator" (geni staff member) Judith Meyer moved my PRIVATE profiles into the PUBLIC domain without even the courtesy of any form of contact. I tried multiple times to have her correct her ***** up. Her arrogance is obviously her strongest asset. When complaining to GENI support, I was met by Mike who is another example of this company's culture of arrogance and a real nasty piece of work. They refused to address this gross breach if privacy. They are such ***ards that when I mentioned the POPI legislation suddenly I was treated like trash and they could not get rid of me quickly enough. This is indicative of how scared they are of an investigation. But I have the last laugh with reporting them for privacy breach and I had already removed all my information So suck on that Judith Meyer and Mike.
