Long wait, Great outcome

Kate Raath of HR Labour Management was recommended to me by a former colleague who got retrenched at the same time as me. I submitted the required documentation, and Kate took on my case. Several months passed, with very little feedback from the DOL. A year on from my retrenchment, I was starting to lose hope, and when I received information (indirectly) from a DOL employee that I would not receive a payout, as more than a year had elapsed since my retrenchment, I gave up on the matter.
