I highly recommend HR Labour Management Services for their outstanding assistance with my UIF submissions and queries. Jandri Mulder was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the process, keeping me informed and providing clear guidance every step of the way. Takes money, but stops providing a service without explanation
I submitted a claim with Jandri from HR Labour Management. I followed the process and paid what was needed and then updates on the claim stopped in May 2025. I have followed up on different channels such as email, WhatsApp and Facebook more than 5 times and are just being ignored.

Takes money, but stops providing a service without explanation
I submitted a claim with Jandri from HR Labour Management. I followed the process and paid what was needed and then updates on the claim stopped in May 2025. I have followed up on different channels such as email, WhatsApp and Facebook more than 5 times and are just being ignored.

HR Labour Management is a ****!
Do Not attempt to do business with this "company". Jandri Mulder is very willing to take your payment for her "services", but then disappears. My retired Dad tried to make use of her "services". He paid the money, but then she just ghosted him. After leaving it almost too late, we made enquiries ourselves, and it turns out she at least Registered my Dad on the UIF site. But, she did so on the Old site... (So, no point to that.) And then she abandoned the process. Remember, she is not only costing you the fee for her "services". She is also potentially causing you to loose out on your UIF funds. (There is a time limit on how long after retirement you can claim it. Eight months, I believe.) I hope you read this posting before engaging this "company", and do it yourself (it is Not that hard), or end up at a competent person. HR Labour Management will only mess with your chances of getting your UIF money.
