vodacom victim

I was a victim of identity theft. Someone opened accounts on my name at different entities, which all understood, investigated and resolved the matter, all but one. Vodacom has continued to IGNORE ME, refused to send me any proof of me opening an account and HANDED me over to HP ATTORNEYS, who have been even more useless than VODACOM. Also ignoring my NUMEROUS emails a week, and still continue to send me threatening messages.

I work in accounting and need to continue my studies, but by handing me over and alerting my credit score, they have ruined my life and my future in accounting, and could not care less.
