Very rude agent: Linda Ngwenya

I called in this morning because I am getting smses from this company. I spoke to Linda Ngwenya the agent and got cut off. I called back and I got him again and he advised that we got cut off because of load shedding. I asked him if they don't have generators and he said to me "are you calling about generators or about account. He is so rude and he doesn't deserve to be representing such huge clients if he treats customers like that. He needs to be removed from talking to customers because clearly he doesn't have the skills to do his job. I am so disgusted by this ***!
