Useless

Dealing with HP Attorneys has been a frustrating and suspicious experience. Despite numerous requests, they have failed to provide me with the necessary documents to verify the debt they claim I owe.

Every day, I receive calls from their call center, forcing me to repeat my request for documentation. The only response I've received is a generic letter stating HP Attorneys has the mandate to collect debt on behalf of the creditor. However, this letter lacks any specific details about my case, rendering it meaningless.

The reluctance to provide requested documents raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their claims. I've repeatedly informed HP Attorneys that I won't engage with them until they provide the necessary documentation. Yet, they continue to contact me.

To make my position clear: HP Attorneys, I will not entertain any further calls or communication from you or your call center until you provide me with the requested documents that I am entitled to.
